Feminists More Open-Minded on Weight.
They did a study and everything. You know what they found out? Women who call themselves feminists might be less likely to be taken in by the notion that the most important thing for women is to be thin.
“Feminism,” the authors write, “does appear to afford women a more inclusive perception of who is physically attractive.”
Again: Duh.

“Eric” meant to say that feminists are more open-minded on weight when it comes to themselves, other feminists or heterosexual women they hope to have sex with. “Its just so damn hard to find a trim feminist or normal heterosexual woman these days.”
Also this is just another attempt by the feminists to fill their rapidly declining ranks by brainwashing normal women into thinking that if they are fat porkers they will find plenty of company (and love, and I DO mean love) within the feminist party.
What “Eric” didn’t mention however is that morbidly obese heterosexual feminist oinkers expect their men to have 6-pak abs and handsome looks ala Brad Pitt, George Clooney or Frank Johnson even though they themselves look more like a combination of Tugboat Annie and the whale in Moby Dick.
That article was more pure feminist propaganda, nothing less. They are desperate and deservedly so. What comes around goes around.

Okay, so usually (let's say 95% of the time) before replying to an antagonistic comment, I'd take a deep breath and then reply in a calm and constructive way. And if it was as amazingly moronic as Expat's, I'd just ignore it.
But in this case, I'm going with my initial reaction:
AHAHAHAHAHAHAhahahahaHAHAHAHAhahahahaHA!
*wipes a tear from her eye*
Hilarious. Thanks for a great Friday laugh.

Ditto to Catherine's comment.
What really surprised me about the study was that over half of the women involved did not consider themselves feminists. Maybe I've just led a really sheltered life, but I always thought that the number of women who were not feminists was similar to the percentage of humans who were misanthropists. How could over half of the women in the survey not believe in equality, in their right to be women and people at the same time?

Hi Natalie, I think one of the reasons that over half of the women in the survey could not believe in feminism is because people like Expat have a lot of voice in the media - it's called backlash ! You know, us feminists with our "propaganda" to engage in the "brainwashing of normal women"...
